Getting the label

The “Digital Basque Country” label aims at highlighting all the best practices, using the ITC to increase the territory’s quality and making it a privileged, innovative and creative area. This label is a registered trademark with the INPI (National Institute of Industrial Property) under the n° 04 3 318 833 dating from October 13 2004.

To obtain this label, you must have a project or an innovative and model initiative in the ITC field, which will then be referenced in the Basque Country www.pays-basque.eu directory. The labelling is done following a simple, totally on-line, step-by-step procedure:
1) Acceptance of accreditation conditions (cf. see below)
2) Application request form (filling in an on-line form)
3) Putting together of application file (modifiable PDF document sent by email) and submitting the file (by email)
4) File is examined
5) Awarding of label (notification by email)
6) Payment of file registration fees on a Paypal account (an email receipt)
7) Receive by email, the licence contract and access codes for secured parts reserved for those with labels (downloading of graphic tools of the “communication kit”)

Step 1: Accreditation conditions
Within the framework of the first step in this labelling procedure, you must read and then accept the accreditation conditions (PDF document to download)

I have read and accept the accreditation conditions.
